The Policy:

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee We want you to wear your Hayes Carroll piece with pride. If the fit isn't right or it just isn't you, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it.

How to qualify for a return:

• Condition: Items must be unworn, scratch-free, and in the original condition.

• Packaging: Returns must include the original box and pouch.

• Timing: The return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return: Email us at (info@hayescarroll.com) with your Order # and the reason for the return. We will issue you a Return Authorization and instructions on where to ship.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
